When you use this website, contact us, book a session, join a workshop, subscribe to updates, or interact with the website's AI studio assistant, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, booking details, enquiry details, and any information you choose to provide.

If you use the website's AI studio assistant, the messages you send are processed to generate a reply. A transcript of meaningful conversations may be forwarded to Olga's email so she can follow up where appropriate and improve the assistant over time.

How we use it

We may use this information to:

• respond to your enquiry
• manage bookings and appointments
• provide services you have requested
• send relevant communication about sessions, workshops or events
• process payments where applicable
• maintain business records
• improve the website and user experience
• comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

Your information may be shared only where necessary with trusted third-party providers:

• Anthropic (US) — supplies the Claude AI model that powers the studio assistant. Messages you send to the assistant are processed by Anthropic to generate a reply.
• Formspree — receives transcript notifications from the studio assistant when meaningful conversations occur, so Olga can follow up.
• Netlify (US, with EU edge servers) — website hosting and CDN.
• Cloudflare — domain registration and DNS.
• WhatsApp / payment providers / booking tools — only when you initiate a booking, enquiry, or payment.
• Professional advisers, where required.

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy and security terms.

International data transfers

Some of the third-party providers above (notably Anthropic and Netlify) are based in the United States and may process your data there. UK GDPR transfers rely on the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Where you contact Olga directly through WhatsApp, Instagram or email, the messaging platform's own terms apply.

How long we keep it

Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for business, legal, accounting or service-related purposes. Indicative retention periods:

• Contact and booking enquiries — up to 12 months after the last interaction, unless an ongoing client relationship continues.
• Studio assistant transcripts forwarded to Olga — up to 6 months, then deleted.
• Booking and payment records — as required by HMRC and applicable accounting rules (typically 6 years).
• Cookie preferences — stored locally in your browser until you clear them or change the setting.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to request portability, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
