About me

A practice built on listening.

I'm Olga — a Pilates and TRX specialist with over 21 years in movement and rehabilitation-focused training, now teaching in Birmingham, UK.

My approach combines classical Pilates principles with intelligent TRX training. I focus on precision, control, and alignment — helping clients build strength without unnecessary tension or compensation, and creating stability that supports real mobility.

In 2017 I completed the Lolita's Legacy™ 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training, joining the classical lineage from Joseph Pilates to Lolita San Miguel. I've been studying with internationally recognised teachers since 2010, and I'm currently deepening my work with Craniosacral Therapy.

Where my work lives

Practice areas.

Four populations I work with most closely. Each comes with its own questions, constraints, and goals — and a specific way the practice gets shaped around them.

Training & certifications

A long, careful apprenticeship.

Each step shaped how I teach now. The most important thing I've learned is that there is no shortcut — only practice, attention, and time.

Now

Craniosacral Therapy — Upledger approach

Currently continuing studies in Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger approach. A new layer of body awareness and precision that is already changing the way I teach.

2022

Relocated to the UK in August 2022 and began teaching Pilates and TRX in Birmingham. Now teaching weekly classes at LOOP Studios, GRAFT Pilates, and Cool Pilates, plus private sessions, home visits, and online work.

2010—

Continuing professional education

Ongoing study with Alan Herdman, Kathy Corey, Michael King, Malcolm Muirhead, and Nuala Coombs.

2010

The turning point — Kyiv

First Pilates training in Kyiv and one of the earliest TRX trainings held in Ukraine. Both shifted everything I thought I knew about movement, posture, breath, and control.

2005

The beginning — Odessa

Started my career as a group fitness instructor and gym trainer. The path that led me to want a deeper, more holistic understanding of the body.

My approach

Movement as communication.

I don't see movement as punishment or simply exercise. I see it as communication with the body.

"My work combines Pilates, TRX and body awareness principles to help clients move with more intelligence, stability and freedom — not just more intensity."

When the body feels safe, supported and properly aligned, it can become stronger, more mobile and more resilient without unnecessary tension or compensation.

My goal is not only to help clients work out, but to help them feel better in their body, move better in daily life, and build sustainable strength for years to come.

  • quality over quantity
  • alignment before load
  • nervous system regulation
  • strength with control
  • mobility supported by stability
  • long-term body health rather than short-term exhaustion

Before sessions

Clients often feel stiff, disconnected from their body, tense in the neck or shoulders, mentally overloaded, tired but restless, unstable or weak despite exercising.

After consistent practice

Better posture, more mobility and ease, stronger deep core support, less unnecessary tension, calmer nervous system, more body awareness — feeling stronger without feeling destroyed.

Movement is not punishment.
Movement is education, regulation, and connection with the body.

What clients say

Stories of change.

Real changes from real practice — posture, strength, breath and body awareness, built over time.
