Classical Pilates across the full apparatus, with TRX guided by the same principles. Every modality serves the same purpose: precision, control, and stronger movement.

Mat Pilates

Bodyweight Pilates using breath, alignment, and controlled movement to build deep core strength, stability, mobility, and posture. Small equipment is brought in for variety, support, or challenge when it serves the work.

Pilates with small equipment

Resistance bands, Pilates balls, rings, weights, rollers, and props — chosen to sharpen movement quality, coordination, stability, mobility, and muscular balance.

Pilates with large equipment

Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Ped-O-Pull, and Spine Corrector. Spring resistance gives the body intelligent feedback — developing strength, control, alignment, flexibility, and efficient movement patterns.

A rehabilitation-focused approach for clients recovering from injuries, managing chronic pain, postural imbalances, scoliosis, hypermobility, osteoporosis, arthritis, or long-term movement limitations. Sessions are carefully adapted to support safe recovery, restore movement quality, improve stability, and help the body function more efficiently.

Pre- & Post-Natal Pilates

Supportive Pilates designed for before, during, and after pregnancy. Focused on posture, breathing, pelvic stability, mobility, circulation, deep core support, and safe recovery through every stage.
